How to disable Joomla plugin ?
To turn off cache, you need to do two things:
Global Configuration–> System–>Cache Settings–>Cache
Please select ‘No’;
Extensions–>Plugin Manager–>System – Cache
Please disable the plugin-“System-Cache” .
