If web statistics present in the Plesk panel is not working, you can run the following command in the command prompt.==========
%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe” –all –process-domains=karthick.com –from-date=2012/5/2

why there is –from-date=2012/5/2 option mentioned.
Consider that the statistics last updated on 15-6-2012.
In this case, you can give the date as 2012/6/15 so that it will update the stats after 15th till dated.
